Why do Specialty Instructor Courses with Steve..?

I will personally spend the time going over what needs to be done with each specialty course you want to offer to your students. Over the years the way I now run the courses for my students has changed from when I first started out as a Specialty Instructor. The more experience you gain the more interesting and exciting your courses will become - we all need to start somewhere it's nice to have a head start that's were I come in.

We all know that everybody who learns to dive does not want to stay an Open Water Diver, they only did the Open Water Course because it was the first step so they could go wreck diving or a way to take pictures underwater. This is a competitive Industry we are in and if you cannot offer these courses to your students after they finish their Open Water Course with you they will go to someone else for their training or worse still and not continue diving at all!

Benefits for me continuing my education..?

Expand your employment opportunities anyone wishing to travel needs to become a Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) before really going out to work in any resort, this means when the customers want to continue there dive experiences you will be the person they can do it with... It's not just about kneeling in a pool demonstrating skills, let's not forget we all like to just get out and dive.

Watching Career Videos like Positive Approach Selling (PAS) and Advanced Strategies for Recruiting and Retaining Enthusiastic Divers (ASR) will add valuable knowledge.

Completing Specialty Instructor Training with me is the most cost effective way of expanding your skills as a PADI Instructor.

Calendar shows where I will be and duration of my time there. If I am in your area and you want to join a course, contact me for locations. If you see any dates free and would like me to visit your dive centre or location, drop me an email with location, course interest and possible dates.
Want to know more about how your cylinders weight changes during a dive..? Video has information on what effects the weight change and has tests showing cylinders at different air pressures during dives in salt and fresh water. It displays whether they have Negative, Neutral or Positive Buoyancy. More details found at www.sidemountscubadiving.com
