Do I need a Service Contract..?

I am sure you know that every PADI Dive Centre should have a PADI Course Director working with them. I am offering my knowledge, business experience and qualifications to make a difference in your Dive Centre with these unique services. If you have Steve Martin as your visiting Course Director, this will enables you to have a lot of the advantages of an in house Course Director but at a much reduced cost as I will only provide and charge for the services you request when they are needed, sounds interesting let me explain what services are on offer...

If the Training Manager/Staff you have on-site already is not offering all you need please do not hesitate to contact me and find out how I can work with them to improve your Dive Centre everything inquiry of this nature will be treated with the highest confidentiality as I understand the implications of looking else where.

If you don't need the full Virtual Course Director Service I offer, but would like me to visit your Dive Centre and put into place some elements of the Virtual Course Director Services then I will build contracts (short, medium or long term) to suit your requirements.

Some of the Services offered when I am onsite...

• Will run any Instructor Development Courses at your Dive Centre if your current Course Director is unavailable or busy (sometimes even at short notice)
• Any Courses you see available on my Website - Professional Training, Technical Diving, Other Centre Services, EFR First Aid Training...
• Important Updates for any of your Staff/Instructor regarding changes from Training Bulletins and Risk Management Seminars etc...
• An outsiders point of view on how I think things could be improved around the Dive Centre or on the Dive Boats.
• Provide hands on Unique Sales Training for all Staff and Instructors.
• Setup of your New Dive Centre and Training Website.
• Help you integrate your Dive Centre into more web based Internet Sites like Skype (for Video Conferencing), Facebook (latest way to keep in touch) and My Space etc all this will help make you and your Dive Centre stand out in the competitive Dive Industry we have today.

My Training Manager will not offer all the courses I want..?

I do not have a blinkered view when it comes to diver training at any level and I do not believe in hampering someone else's development to suit my own needs, I am quite happy to help everyone achieve whatever they would like in Scuba Diving and the First Aid Industry whether it to make Course Director themselves or to become a DSAT Instructor or EFR Instructor as you are not my competition and the Industry will be stronger for having you in it.
