Steve is an excellent Instructor Trainer who is multi skilled and highly experienced. This comes from 7 years Instructional experience. His strongest attributes are his counseling skills and technical knowledge; he has a unique way of relating information to each person making it easy to get the fundamentals across. A proven project manager in a wide variety of diving disciplines.
Steve most recently acted as Operations Manager for a leading North West, UK Scuba Dive Training School and instructed at all levels of diver training which set him up to become the highly skilled Course Director he is today.

Steve's talents are not only in the dive industry, he has been Waterskiing since the age of 10 and at 18 his instructional skills became apparent when he became a British Waterski Federation (BWSF) Waterski Instructor working for one of the highest rated schools in the United Kingdom. Two years on he became one of eight active Barefooting Coaches in the UK, getting to coach and barefoot with World Champions Ron Scarpa and David Small.
